This Vegan Diet Is the Opposite of Keto, and People Are Losing Weight on It

While researching plant-based recipes to make for the week (yep, that's what I love to do on Saturday nights because I'm cool like that), I came upon a YouTube channel about eating high-carb, low-fat (HCLF) vegan.
