In 2015 the Liberation artist and longtime judge for The Voice dropped 50 pounds. Her secret: Taking time off her hectic timetable. "Christina can concentrate on her music and her son without the grueling hours of production, and most important on herself," a source told People. "It's incredible what it can do to get some quiet time, not only for the body but for the mind and spirit as well.
She's been testing out different types of diets and pursuing modern workout techniques. Not for food or weight, but rather for her spirit, well-being and a feeling of healthy physical health.

Simpson also revealed that she tips the scale at 240 pounds during her birth. How did she lose the weight so fast? Simpson collaborated with successful trainer Harley Pasternak, who offered the 39-year-old singer five items to concentrate on each day to help her maintain accountability.
Those things included walking 12,000 steps per day, getting at least seven hours of sleep, enjoying three full meals and two snacks daily, and doing circuit training workouts three to four days a week.

The Plant Paradox is a lectin-free diet, where you eliminate foods like beans, legumes, whole grains, and some veggies from your diet. Dr. Gundry says these food contain lectin, which is a naturally occurring protein in many plant-based foods that cause inflammation. Clarkson says she started following the diet for medical reasons, though, and not specifically to lose weight.
"I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had and I had a thyroid issue, and now all my levels are back up. I'm not on medicine anymore because of this book," she told Today.
Klohe Kardashian isn't afraid to share how hard she pushes it in the gym—but that love of fitness only developed in the past few years. "If you were to ask me five years ago if I ever saw myself being completely in love with fitness and health, that I would be an inspiration to many others, that I would be the push that others needed to find their way—I would've laughed in your face," she wrote on Instagram. "Me? The chubby one? No way! But now I can't see myself ever stopping!"
That's one of the reasons (along with breastfeeding, and a high-protein, low-carb diet) she said she lost more than 30 pounds after having baby, True in April, according to People.
